December/January 2011 issue of French Vogue which features an editorial with Crystal Renn, that depicts a woman with an addiction to plastic surgery.

While the debate still rages whether or not Ms. Renn should be referred to as a "plus-size" model, one has to admit that this layout is intriguing .
